8 PAX enjoyed a nice cool morning. That number must have meant to be considering I brought 8 brand new cinder blocks with me to the workout today.

Warm-up: Walking to the block pile (about 150 yards) with the block overhead.

The THANG:

We started with 30 reps of ten exercises with the block:

Shoulder press

Bicep curls

Squats

Calf raises

Chest press

Skull crushers

Russian twists

Flutter kicks while holding the block up

Back rows

Squat thrusters

Next, we moved over to the tennis courts and partnered up. We went through 8 partner double suicides. Each pair ran 2 suicides while switching off every line. So, partner 1 would go to the first line and back, partner 2 to the second, partner 1 to the third, partner 2 to the first, partner 1 to the second, and partner 2 to the third. While you were waiting, you performed some other exercise.

First: Ran to the line and back while holding plank

Second: Ran to the line and back while mercans

Third: Back peddled out, ran back while holding people’s chair

Fourth: Back peddled out, ran back while squats

Fifth: Karaoke while holding six inches

Sixth: Karaoke while flutter kicks

Seventh: Bear crawl out and back while jump squats

Eighth: Crab walk out and lunge walk back while burpees

We finished with some abs and jump squat transitions (i.e., feet close, jump squat to shoulder width, jump squat to wide, jump squat to shoulder width, jump squat to close)
