Some days are fun, some are long, and some are just about knocking out what needs to get done. Hill work is never fun, but it needs to be done to get better. To that end, 10 dedicated pax came out this morning for 5 FULL ON sprints up Saluda and a bit of downhill form work. YHC also gave the pax a visualization exercise to practice and help them dig deep……..visualize the dinner you had last night, now go hard enough that you will literally see it again on the pavement.
Didn’t seem to go over too well. Maybe next time.
