Warm up at the AO.
Golf Frisbee race around the school. Exercises prior to each throw were taped to each frisbee (burpies, merkins, sit ups, squats) –> team #2 won this round.
Bucket-O-Workout — two sets of buckets set about 25 yards apart on the Circus. First person in each team runs down to the opposite bucket and retrieves a ball with a workout on it. The next guy runs to fetch the next workout ball. –> Team #1 won the first race and the second race, but Pondo came up lame and maybe team #1 should be DQ for not finishing. (Thank you again, Staccato, for bringing your buckets-o-balls.)
Back to AO for cool downs with LBCs and flutter kicks.
