The Thang:

Some Little baby arm circles forward and back, then overhead claps. About 20 SSH for a warm up. Then mosey around Hampton Park (1/2 mile), finishing in front of the stone seats facing the baseball field.

The following ladder: 22 Decline merkins, 22 squats; 16 decline merkins, 16 squats; 10 decline merkins, 10 squats. Then 2 minutes AMRAP big boy sit ups.

One lap Indian Run around Hampton park, with one burpee before passing. Finish again in front of the stone steps. 20 decline merkins, 20 squats. Then go to the baseball field. Start at home base with 15 squats, then bear crawl to first base and 15 squats. Bear Crawl to second base and 15 squats, then third base and 15 squats, then home and 15 squats. Then 50 LBCs on your own.

One lap Indian run around Hampton Park.

Back to the stone steps, and Decline merkin/squat latter of 20, 16, 12. Then 2 minutes AMRAP big boy sit ups.

Then three laps of Indian Run around Hampton Park, with the pax really running hard. Finish up right next to the baseball field, and three minutes of Big Boy sit ups AMRAP. And then the workout was done!
