Conditions: Around 60, nice

-lap around the parking lot

-Warm up in parking lot: 25 SSH IC, 30 arm circles IC, 30 mercens OYO, hold plank, off the basketball court

-Suicides at basketball court:  10 mercens at baseline, to half court and back then 10 mercens, to far end of court and back then 10 mercens.  Repeat with 10 monkey humpers.  Repeat with 10 overhead press.  Head towards park.

-At Converse/Furman intersection:  30 squats OYO, 30 side arm/front arm raises IC, 30 lunges OYO.  Head to Citadel Park.

-At park:  partner up, complete the following as a team – one partner runs lap around park while other partner works:  100 BB situps, 200 dips, 300 squats.  Then burn out pull up session.  Head back to campus.

-At Clemson/Converse:  30 monkey humpers OYO, 30 LBC OYO, 25 SSH IC.  Head back to basketball court.

-Suicides at basketball court:  10 mercens at baseline, to half court and back then 10 mercens, to far end of court and back then 10 mercens.  Repeat with 10 monkey humpers.  Repeat with 10 overhead press.  Head to far end of parking lot and line up.

-Sprint to COT, finished.
