10 showed up this morning to help YHC through his first Q, and one more training session before the Kiawah Marathon this weekend.
Conditions: Dry 50 degrees, quite nice.
The Thang:
Run to Corner of Clemson and Winthrop- Circle Up
SSH x 30 IC
Imperial Walkers x 25 IC
LBAC x 30 IC
Line up and Indian Run down Winthrop to our 1st Park Destination at the corner of Clemson and Wofford.
Park #1: Partner up, Merkins x 100 + Squats x 100. 1st partner starts on exercise while 2nd partner runs partial lap around the park, and switch and repeat until complete.
Mosey to intersection of Coker and Wofford. Line up shoulder-to-shoulder for a build up sprint to Converse, and reaching our 2nd Park Destination.
Park #2: (Pull-Ups x 5, Dips x 25, Big Boys x 25) x 3, OYO. High plank when done
Line up for Indian Run up Converse stopping at Hillside for a Low Plank rest stop x 30 IC, and picking the Indian Run back up to our 3rd Park Destination on the corner of Idalia and Hillside.
Park #3: (Step-Ups x 15 each leg, Incline Merkins x 15, Decline Merkins x 15) x 3, OYO. High Plank, Right Arm Plank, Left Arm Plank while waiting on PAX.
Indian Run back to Hillside/Converse Intersection for a Six Inches rest stop x 30 IC.
One last Indian Run to the top of Crayton and Mosey it back to the AO.
Covered about 2.5 miles, majority Indian Run. Fun times had by all.
