Cayce/West Columbia is an area that is still largely unreached with plenty of #SadClowns that need F3. What a combination!
YHC has received several emails over the past 9 months from different guys saying, “Hey AB! I know so-and-so over in West Columbia and I’ve been EH-ing them to make it to a workout.” As we all know, most guys want to go to a workout for the first time with someone they know. This Saturday is your chance to bring your buddy out to see what this thing we call F3 is all about.
We are very excited to have F3-Columbia Nant’an Fountainhead as our QIC for the workout. He will be mixing in the importance of the 2nd-F in between the painstations of what you can be sure to be a solid beatdown.
We hope you will join us and bring a friend on Saturday. The workout will begin at 0630 and after hopefully nicknaming 30 FNG’s (wouldn’t that be awesome!), we will have coffeeteria at the Carolina Café right around the corner from the AO.
