We did warmup, SSH, merkins, squats, LBC, LBAC all x 20 more or less. Then we rolled over to the amphitheater for a ladder of incline merkins and monkey humpers x 10 at the bottom decreasing by 1 until we did 1 each at the top. Then mosey to the upper parking lot for some loading of the ark. Bear crawls, crab walks, lunges and some duck walks. Then to the plaza for some step-ups x 20 each leg, followed by some flutter kicks x 20 IC. Then mosey down the stairs and over to the retaining wall. 5 burpees IC (in cadence), climb a level, 5 squats IC and climb a level and 10 patty cake merkins IC. Mosey back to the shovel flag, there was some competitive running too. Good push at the end
