11 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack this morning in search of a way to #GetBetter. On this first Friday of 2017, YHC felt a desire to build off of the infamous legacy of #TombeeTorture. This time a new destination was in store for the PAX. With a similar theme in mind, YHC introduced the PAX of #TheCastle to #DavantDestruction. It was an honor to lead these #MinivanCenturions who left it all at on the pavement of the streets of Kings Grant this morning as they each were ready, willing, and able to #PushTheRock.

• The debut of #DavantDestruction was a success. Close to 2 Miles of running with 50 Burpees and a fair amount of ab work this AM. Despite the cool temperatures, the PAX warmed up pretty quickly.
• Continues to be outstanding to see how #TheCastle PAX are getting better and stronger with each workout. The PAX, who posted this AM, took the #RedPill with pride. Turnpike was running fast and with a purpose this AM. And Kamikaze and Special K, well, those are just two American Badasses.
• Pearl Jam was a #LarryBird this AM, who chewed up and spit out YHC’s Q.
• PAX had to dodge a car coming in hot out of Cotton Hope Lane this AM #ReadTheDisclaimer.
