The Ditty:
Indian run to Cotton Hope
10 Merkins
15 Iron Crosses
20 Squats
Run up Davant. Stop at speed hump and do 5 burpees. Start running again to we reach KG Drive
10 Carolina Dry Docks
15 Chaser LBC’s
20 lunges
Run back down to Cotton Hope (Rinse and repeat)
After 2 cycles we stop at Cotton Hope and do:
10 Merkins
15 Iron Crosses
20 Squats
Indian run Castle Hall
10 Carolina Dry Docks
15 Chaser LBC’s
20 lunges
Head back up KG Drive. Stop at a speed hump and do 5 burpees.
Mosey to the picnic tables
15 dips
15 incline merkins
20 step ups (Rinse and repeat)
Head back to the COT
Finish with 30 SSH
