Cul-De-Sac Speed Work

8 PAX posted for a Monday session of speed work with a couple of trips down Macon where 4 cul-de-sacs have historically provided limitless opportunities for Stumble and Woodshed work.   Speed work is challenging, but no one said getting better was easy.  Stumble PAX embrace the challenge.  The harder the workout, the larger the numbers.  Aye!

The Conditions: Cold and Clear

The Thang:

From AO, L on Olde Knight, L Old Woodlands, L Macon to first cul-de-sac.  Sprint down and back with a cool down between each cul-de-sac.  rinse and repeat four times, plank up and wait for the 6.  Cool down by way of R on Galway, R Christie, R Old Woodlands, R Macon for another cul-de-sac sprint session.  Cool down by way of L Galway, L Olde Knight back to AO

Total of 4.25 miles was put in with a good bit of speed work put in.  PAX held something back knowing that the Inaugural 10K was approaching mid-week.

COT: Beacon

BOM: Pipeline

Welcome FNG Tiger-Lily to the group.  First Stumble FNG in months and to use TL’s words “I’m really glad I came out today.”  Good work brother.  Accountability from here forward.
