8 PAX posted for a Monday session of speed work with a couple of trips down Macon where 4 cul-de-sacs have historically provided limitless opportunities for Stumble and Woodshed work. From AO, L on Olde Knight, L Old Woodlands, L Macon to first cul-de-sac. Sprint down and back with a cool down between each cul-de-sac. rinse and repeat four times, plank up and wait for the 6. Cool down by way of R on Galway, R Christie, R Old Woodlands, R Macon for another cul-de-sac sprint session. Cool down by way of L Galway, L Olde Knight back to AO
Total of 4.25 miles was put in with a good bit of speed work put in. PAX held something back knowing that the Inaugural 10K was approaching mid-week.
