13 including Bidet (Kotters!) and Yellow Cake from across the river came out to Stumble for a indefinitely modified workout. As you know, our brother Crab Daddy was in a serious car accident recently, although praise the Lord it could have been much worse. To show our support, YHC decided to modify the planned Kumbaya workout, and because of various circumstances it changed even more as we went. The format was one of 1-3 minute speed intervals, decided by rotating Sub-Q’s, with 2 minute rest intervals where we gathered the 6.
Route: Straight down MoM to CrabDaddy’s house (past some very loud dogs), delivered a calling card, prayed for him and his family, and then ran home via Pelham Grind, altogether about 5 miles. Everyone did great!
Announcements: As above, CrabDaddy is injured, and will likely need some assistance. In particular, he is race director of the Harbison 50K this weekend, and has requested assistance with course marking and aid station setup. Please contact him or me if you may be able to help.
P200 stuff, contact KennyG if on his team and haven’t spoke to him lately.
Devo: 1 Peter 5:10 – And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
