Burpee Fest @ #Thunder

10 brave men rolled out of the #fartsack on a freezing morning at Thunder.

Conditions: 29 degrees.

It was YHC’s turn to dish out the punishment for the #VQ!

Tha Thang:

  1. 1 Lap around the Track

Circle up for Warm up:

10 Burpees OYO; 20 SSH; 15 Imperial Walkers; 15 Diamond Merkins; 25 Flutters; 10 Burpees OYO

2. Mosey to the Queen Street Hill

B L I M P S

Burpees x 5

Lunges x 10 each leg

Imperial Walker x 15

Merkins x 20

Plank Jacks x 25

Squats x 30

Then, sprint to the top of the hill, complete additional B L I M P S

Rinse and repeat for a total of 4 B L I M P S

3. Mosey back to the Field

Partner Up

Partner 1 – SPRINT down and back entire length of field; Partner 2 – Burpees AMRAP (Total of 5 rounds)

Line up on end line – Bear Crawl to the first tree and back.

4. Finale

Find a spot on the Wall – Wall Sit (2 minutes with Air Shoulder Presses)

Plank for 2 minutes

GOAL was to reach 100 BURPEES.
