2. Mosey to the Queen Street Hill

Squats x 30
Then, sprint to the top of the hill, complete additional B L I M P S
Rinse and repeat for a total of 4 B L I M P S
3. Mosey back to the Field
Partner Up
Partner 1 – SPRINT down and back entire length of field; Partner 2 – Burpees AMRAP (Total of 5 rounds)
Line up on end line – Bear Crawl to the first tree and back.
4. Finale
Find a spot on the Wall – Wall Sit (2 minutes with Air Shoulder Presses)
Plank for 2 minutes
GOAL was to reach 100 BURPEES.
