6 PAX arrived at the Castle to get better. Based on YHC’s research, January 23 wasn’t that popular from a history perspective. Having said that, the A-Team debuted on this day back in 1983, so despite Qing without 4 pounds of gold, I tried to channel my best B.A. Baracus and used 5 pound bricks. The jump rope was a nice addition and the mumble chatter illustrated that jumping rope isn’t as easy as it looks.
Conditions – 52 and wet

COT: Counterama; Name-O-Rama, Announcements – McBeal talked about his F3 Camden experience on Saturday and encouraged the PAX to participate. Closed with prayer.
Special shout out to my good friend Pauly D, who I’ve known for 40 years and who finished his first week posting at The Mount in Hickory, NC.
