Grab the bricks and run to Clemson Avenue- 10 Merkin Rows OYO, 15 Vups with bricks, and 20 squat presses with bricks.
Run to Converse with bricks overhead half of the way
10 Burpees/20X IC Mt. Climbers/30X IC Flutter Kicks with bricks overhead
Run to Citadel Park- 20X OYO Tricep Extensions while in lunge position/20 step back lunges with bicep curls
OYO in the park- 5 Pull-ups/10 Hand Release Merkins/ 16 Step ups- OYO- 5 rounds
Mary- 20X IC LBC with one brick (up on 3, down on cadence). Russian Twists with brick- 15X IC, 15 Vups with brick, AMRAP BB Situps with brick while sets of 2 or 3 guys run to monkey bars to get in set of max pullups

Back to Crayton with stop for 10 Burpees
