Mosey to the stepped walls. BW leads deconstruction burpees. Climb the wall, do 10 merkins, 10 monkey squats , 10 jump squats. Climb the next wall, 10 more of each. Climb the third wall, 10 more of each. Duck walk down the stairs. Burpees at the bottom til all return. Seeing that we were all smoked, We decided to Mosey to the ampitheater. Arm blasters. 10 incline merkins.l and 10 tricep dips each level. R&R til we get to the top. Plank until all have finished.
Mosey to middle field. Mini Dora 1,2,3. Pair up. One guys runs around the concrete box and back. Other guy does merkins. Switch and take over counting. Do 50 merkins total as a team. Then 100 LBCs. Then 150 squats. Recover. Good workout men.

I, Enterprise, was not present. I had brake work that took precedence. But what I heard and saw is amazing. Bookworm is not only breaking constant barriers, but becoming a leader instead of a follower. I’m very proud of him.
Zuckerberg is just constantly amazing me. I know him personally, and its awesome to see him post but also encourage these guys forward.
Kerry Poe(FNG) and son made an appearance. Much respect to Kerry. And kotters to his son, Round Up. Both are a part of my church and both are great guys who do great works for Him, in His name.
Again, May 5 the mission AO will be closed due to 3rd F 5K in West Columbia.
And all the way in November we have the Cheech 10K. Be there. I will be.
