Bluegrass is Back In A Big Way!

12 Pax met Bluegrass early Monday AM for his return. He has been MIA for the last few weeks but came back recently and wanted the Q. His first Q was in a driving rainstorm with standing water ankle high. He decided it was time to return. And he did in a big way!

The Thang:

Lap around school to lower field
SSH x 25 all four count
Merkins x 15
LBC x15
Partner for incline merkins – 20 and iron cross -20
Squats x 20

Jog to Berkeley Hill-
Wheel barrow half way up the hill and sprint to top for 8 burpees (8 more burpees with partner) Run back down
Lunge half way up and sprint to top for 8 burpees
Jog to brick pile –
Curls x 15
Incline merkins x 15
Big boy sit ups x 20
Small arm circles x 20 forward and back
Reverse lunges each leg – 15 each
Boat canoe x 5
More curls x 20
More incline merkins x 25
Flutter kicks in honor of Major BS x 50
Big boy sit ups x 20

• Great Q by Bluegrass. A great all around workout that left the Pax gassed. Chest work, Ab work and lots of cardio.
• Monday is becoming a favorite bootcamp day for many pax. There is something that makes you feel good when you get home Monday night from work knowing you already have one workout under your belt.
