COP: Ruck 1 mile loop around DHS
The thang:
Collect 1 block per pax
-Perform 100 reps each of jerk-cleans and mercans as a team:
Pax 1 jerk-cleans, mercans
Pax 2 lunge-walk block approx. 20 yards and back
Pax 3 bear-crawl block 20 yds and carry overhead back (for jerk-cleans)/farmer’s carry (for mercans)
Rotate through until all reps performed.
-Wall-sit w/ ruck overhead
Pax on left end lunge-walk w/ block to other end of line. Repeat 2x per pax and then repeat back to the left.
Repeat 1-mile loop w/ 2 blocks (rotate block carry)
Return blocks
