4 men rose from the #fartsack for a little block time at #Swampfox for the morning after Valentine’s Day.  Blocks have been absent for a while in our workouts so YHC decided to bring them back in style.

Two stops for Burpees 5X and backpedal 50 yards

Grab blocks and line up about 30 yards from the hill beside tree of life

Curl Press with Blocks 20X IC. sprint up hill.  15 Merkins and back.  4X

Tree of life- 15 Jump Squats, 10 step ups, 5 box jumps. 3X
