We split into 2 groups for a Dead Chief Indian run. Man at the back to drop a do 5 Merkins and sprint to the front for around a mile a few went back to bring up the 6 to a grassy area close to Market Commons shops for Dora 123.100 Merkins 200 squats 300 arm raises. A short mosey to a large picnic shelter for 11’s step-ups/squats and Derkins or Merkins/dips. I had to come up with a way to do the WALL OF FIRE so we all grabbed the side of a support pole
