10 PAX made their way into the #Gloom on a chilly Saturday looking for only what #Battle can offer. Waiting in the parking lot was YHC and Adrian, who briefly conspired on Friday afternoon to come up with a Q taking the #Battle faithful on a trip away from campus, a trip that included some cargo. I, mean, it’s #Battle, you cannot just leave campus without taking a 30 pound weight vest with you, right?

Mosey down Falcon Drive, cross Beltline and enter Sato parking lot.

Bear Crawl uphill for 30 yards

Mosey up Belmont and take right onto MacGregor Drive for Adrian’s signature move
Dirty MacDeuce – 4 rounds of 3 exercises for 12 reps

Leave Mays Park, cross Beltine, and stop in front of Ed Robinson Cleaners

Line up in two columns. Cross Beltine onto Falcon Drive. Mosey onto football field
Line up at 50 yard line. Sprint 10 yards. Burpees x 2. Rinse/repeat until reach goalline. 50 yards of sprints and 10 burpees.

Moleskin:
- Wow. Another Saturday at Battle where limits were pushed. It was 25 degrees when the workout began, and YHC heard zero PAX complain about the cold. We warmed up. Quick.
- So YHC’s idea of having the PAX wear the weight vest was interesting in theory and just rough in practice. Bear crawling and doing burpees with a weight vest. Borderline #CSAUP.
- We covered 2.5 miles with multiple hills and ended the workout with 100 yards worth of sprints. #DRP
