Mosey to the back of the school to warm up.

Mosey around the school to Galway for an indian run back to the circus where the festivities began. Pax partnered up.
Round 1
Partner 1 lung walks 30 yards, then run the rest of the way around the circus (.18 miles), while partner 2 does 30 merkins, 30 BBSU, 30 squats. When partner 1 returns, 10 hand release partner merkins. Then switch and repeat.
Round 2
Partner 1 runs to the end of the circus, does 10 burpees, and then returns while partner 2 does 30 flutter kicks, 30 merkins, and 30 lunges. When partner 1 returns, 10 HRPM then switch and repeat.
Round 3
Partner 1 karaoke’s to the left half way and to the right the rest, then runs back while partner 2 does 30 calf raises, 30 LBC’s, and 30 shoulder press’ until partner 1 returns, then 10 HRPM and repeat.
Mosey to the back of the school for a little more fun.
Partner 1 runs from the back wall of the school to the playground and does 10 pull ups and 20 dips while partner 2 does 30 wall touches, 20 squats, and holds people’s chair till partner 2 returns, then switch and repeat. Each group ran through this twice.
We finished the morning with a little plankarama and moseyed back to the parking lot for COT and BOM.
