11 Pax came to The Shed to Get Better. YHC was honored to lead this men for a 45 minute Beatdown.

The Thang: Following the disclaimer by YHC, we moseyed to the back of the school for some COP:
SSH x20 IC, IW’s x 20 IC, Squats x 20 IC, Mtn. Climbers x 20 IC, Merkins x 20 IC, BBSU’s x 15 IC, Low Country Crabs x 20 IC, Alt. Lunges x 20 IC, Wide Arm Merks x 15 OYO, Russ. Twists x 20 IC, Carolina Dry Docks x 15 OYO, Diamond Merks x 15 OYO, Boat/Canoe for 120 secs on YHC’s count.
Next we went to the playground equipment for a combo workout.
Each pax did a total of 120 dips and 30 pull ups, breaking them into smaller sets. Then we did the same with 50 incline merkins, 50 decline merkins and 150 LBC’s. #CrowdPleaser
Then we moseyed out to Olde Knight Parkway and formed two lines for an Indian Run, turning right onto Galway and stopping for a pain station at Christie for BBSU’s. Then we turned around and headed back with a pain station stop at Macon for some more BBSU’s. Single File Indian Run back to the AO parking lot.
