All around Body beat down.

Solid 12, this am for Zima’s “Third times the charm” on the Q.  Changed it up little this go around, did a partner workout to make sure everyone was able to push through and have some encouragement!  Just a little total body workout.

Conditions: 71 degrees with a little bit of humidity of 67%

Warm Up

Started with SSH, little baby arm circle forward and YES YHC lost count one time.  Then keeping arms up, little baby arm circles backwards and then to finish it off, a little raise the roof!  Mossey on over to grab the bricks then a little run down to the bus loop.

The Thang

Partner up in 2’s, wanted to make sure not leave anyone behind.  Started at the top of the bus loop 10 incline merkins using the curb then 20 brick “curls for the girls”. Partners had to stay together.  Then run down to the other end of the loop and 10 decline merkins with 20 air squats.  Then back to top of the circle, rinse and repeat for a total of 5 circuits. (Total of 50 incline and 50 decline merkins and 100 squats and 100 brick curls).  Then mossied over the pull up bars.  Hold at the top, of pull up while partner did 10 iron cross and then switch for 3 circuits.  Next, mossied over the wall for the leg blast to finish off the lower body fun.  1st partner wall sit for 45 sec and the other partner would do a jumping exercise:  hopped side to side over bricks, jumped forward and backward, and lastly did some speed skaters.  At the end 15 sec recover then switch. Rinse and repeat for 3 circuits. Mossey back to put bricks away and yes had some left over time, so of course, finished with LBC’s and some Big Boy sit ups.  Work was done!!
