A Spurtastic Workout!

Conditions: Chilly, upper 30’s to start, clear

The THANG:
BLIMPS with a silent round of SSH x20 at the end.  If PAX don’t end in unison there will be punishment.  All PAX successfully met challenge.

4x4x4s on ramp.
Run to top of ramp, assume burpee position, get down and do 4 merkins, 4 mountain climbers, jump back up as if doing a burpee, run down the ramp.
Rinse and Repeat x4

Mosey to curb. Bear crawl to one side of street, do 1 merkin.
Reverse Bear crawl to other side, do 2 merkin.
Rinse and Repeat increasing by 1 until 10 merkins

Mosey to bottom of Steps.
Run to top, do 1 jump squat, run back down then run back up taking 1 step at a time, do 2 jump squats.
Rinse and Repeat increasing by 1 each time up to 10x

Mosey to chin up bars.  Grab a block and partner up.
P1: 10 curls, P2: 2 Chin Ups.  Flip Flop. Rinse and Repeat x10 while switching up with your partner.

P1: 1 chest press with block. P2: 9 merkins. Flip Flop
P1: 2 chest press with block. P2: 8 merkins. Flip Flop
Repeat until P1 is at 9 chest press and P2 is at 1 merkin.

P1: 1 squat, P2: 1 block jump (jump over your block, side to side.  Back and forth counts as 1x.  Flip Flop.  Rinse and Repeat increasing by 1 each time up to 10x

Mosey to shovel flag.
5 russian twiset, 2 count.  Roll over and do 5 peter parkers 2 count.
Rinse and Repeat increasing by 1x until time expires.
