Nine PAX emerged from the #Fartsack this morning to do the hard thing. Not a leisurely 5K or even a good solid out and back 10K. No, these #MinivanCenturions took the #DRP and made easy work of YHC’s route that helped all those training for #F3P200 #GetBetter.

Depart Dreher and take right on Millwood. Right onto Devine. Right onto Maple. Left onto Lee. Lee to Harden. Left onto Taylor. Right onto Pickens. Left onto Richland. Left onto Main with a brief stop at Meridian Building (#Elvis). Right onto Gervais and cross the river. Left onto Alexander. Right onto Knox Abbott and cross the river. Left onto Huger. Right onto Devine and watch Promo and Stent get stopped by train. Right onto Lincoln. Left onto Blossom. Blossom to Devine. Left onto Milwood and back to Dreher.

Moleskin:
- Great time with the PAX this morning; all of whom pushed each other to #GetBetter. Six of nine members of #F3MoreCowbell9 present and accounted for with RA setting the pace.
- Promo and Stent set the pace this AM (#LarryBird) but YHC’s request that Norfolk Southern slow them both down proved to be only a momentary obstacle to both of them.
- Great views of the river, and the city this morning. #SodaCity is growing gentlemen, and a 10 mile run through the city gives you a real up close view of the great things that are happening downtown.
- YHC turned to the tunes of Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac to make it through the last two miles. I am sure both composed their songs with a reformed #SadClown in mind.
