Indian run through the neighborhood towards Marthas Glen. Stop before crossing Old Woodlands for Flutter Kicks x50.
Stop at 2 culdasacs for down and backs: (1) karaoke down, 5 burpees, karaoke back (2) high knees/buttkicks, 10 burpees
Stop at Marthas Glen hill for ladder. Down and up. 4 rounds. Bottom was big boy sit-ups (5,10,15,20), top was 5 worst merkins ever each time.
Mosey. 1 more culdasac down and back, Frank Martins with 10 squats. Indian run back to COT.
