COP in the student parking lot

SSH – 35 IC
High Knees – 25 IC
LBAC – 20 forward/20 backward IC
Merkins – 20IC
LBC – 25 IC

Mosey around front of Dreher to Hollywood Squares

Step Ups – 20 Each leg
Dips – 20 IC
Dec. Merks – 20 IC
Step Ups – 10 Each leg
Dips – 15 IC
Dec. Merks – 12 IC

Mosey to the wall

1 min Peoples Chair
Bear Crawl to other side of field and sprint back
1 min peoples chair

Head over to the Brick Pile and grab a block. Head over to the sideline of practice field.

50 – Merkins
50 – Curls
50 – Block Press

Sprint to other side of the field for 10 Burpees and sprint back.
Rinse and Repeat cutting the reps in half.

Next round is Ab work.

50 – Big Boy Situps
50 – 4 count flutters
50 – LBC’s

Sprint to other side of the field for 10 Burpees and head back.
Rinse and repeat cutting the reps in half.
