Everyone gragged a block and circled the light pole…all were given 2 UNO cards…numbers didn’t matter…using colors…
First round…..blue…..squats w calf raises w/ Blocks
Green …..upright row with blocks
Red……….overhead press w blocks
Yellow…….BBSU….blocks optional
All w reps of 15
First wild card was 15 man makers….and due to visual fatigue of the PAX…the next 2 wildcards were lbac..

Blue was merkans…
Green was kettle bells
Red was curls
Yellow was iron crosses..
All w 15 reps.
1 wild cards this round and of course…lbac..
With a few min left….I invited Stats over to do his this for 1 min…..not a good idea!
