YHC has been trying to at F3Camden for awhile or at least post. Due to scheduling conflicts and my lack of coming to Camden, it hasn’t worked out… until today. A 1550 is always a crowd pleaser in Greenwood and it didn’t disappoint here either.

Warmup:

30 Side straddle hops in cadence

Mosey to grab a coupon and line up on the other side of the bushes.

The Thang:

ALL BURPEES ARE BURPEE BLOCK JUMP OVERS.

15 Burpees and 50 big boy sit-ups

14 Burpees and 50 merkins

13 Burpees and 50 monkey humpers

12 Burpees and 50 flutter kicks (count one leg only)

11 burpees and 50 bicep curls

10 Burpees and 50 jungle boys (jump squats)

9 Burpees and 50 leg raises

8 burpees and 50 chest presses

7 burpees and 50 Bonnie Blair’s count one leg only (jump lunges)

6 Burpees and 50 Russian twists count one side only

5 Burpees and 50 Overhead presses

4 Burpees and 50 Alpos (hands cross grip on coupon and pull toward chin)

3 Burpees and 50 little baby crunches

2 burpees and 50 thrusters (squat with block in rack position then as you stand go to OH press)

1 Burpee and 50 Pull ups

After each round, complete 25yd mosey out and back

Early finishers (Timber and Stats) took a lap around the square

-Had to correct a few forms but all in all great work! Don’t be afraid to call out your brothers in the gloom. Right form gets better results and prevents injuries. 💪🏻

-All PAX completed work. Thrusters and Pull ups at the end are rough!
