CONDITIONS: Brisk 51 but perfect for F3
Intro: YHC has not had the Q in quite a long time. Matter of fact because of health issues, my attendance this past year has been bleak. The cool think about F3 is that we never stop encouraging and YHC leading this group of Men on Thursday was a perfect example. Sure, I was a little out of shape but the best way to grow is to lead. Keep that in mind for not just F3 but also our day to day lives. With that being said, I wanted to slow down the exercises to focus on doing them correctly and thus increase the burn. It worked because it is Sunday and I still burn from 3 days ago.
