  • Condition: Perfect 58º
  • 23 PAX came out in the gloom for a Saturday beat down. I sent out a couple of cryptic messages the day prior to hint at what we might be doing this morning.    We were all greeted by a wonderful tribute to Towns as we arrived for the workout.  Being reminded of Towns being our Hero really boosts your workout attitude.

  • Rectory Square 400: Shout Out to Lederhosen for originally doing this routine in our second month in existence and Harper Valley for pushing us through it again last August.  Since Nascar runs the same tracks each year we should keep running the race often.

      • I certainly didn’t have the blood flow to my brain at this point to remember what everyone called or even who all called exercises but I will list the ones I could remember. It was nice to see some of the 2.0s get involved in the Qing.

    • I always like to have a theme for my workouts and that is why I chose the Rectory Square 400. I went to this website NationalDayCalendar.com to try and find a “National Day” for today’s theme but didn’t have any luck.  I did read that April 14th is National Reach and High as you can day.  I told the PAX that every time we come out here we reach as high as we can, or better described as reaching down inside ourselves for the strength to do the workout.
