Moleskin: As always it was an honor to lead the group this morning, I appreciate the effort from each of the PAX.  As we always state before we get started, we are not professionals and each of us have aches and pains that prevent us from doing certain exercises while excelling in others.  I try to do my best in providing a balanced workout that has a little something for everyone.  In the end though it’s really about bonding with your fellow man as we all continue to strive to be better in our life, our faith and with our bodies.
