Conditions: It was a very wet and muggy Thursday morning as 14 PAX came out to play a little F3 Baseball in the 70 degree, 150% humidity.

Warmup:

  • 4 corner warmup:
    • Start at corner of Fair and Rectory: 10 SSH IC
    • Run to corner of Fair and Chestnut: 20 Merkins OYO
    • Backpedal half way down Chestnut toward Lyttleton, run to corner: 30 BBSU OYO
    • Run to corner of Lyttleton and Rectory: 40 Squats OYO
    • Backpedal halfway down Rectory toward Fair, run to corner: Hold plank until completed.

THE THANG:

  • Field of Dreams
    • The Pax count off by fours:
      • Ones at Home: 10 Man Makers, then run to relieve first
      • Twos at first: AMRAP Merkins until relieved
      • Threes at second: AMRAP OHP with Blocks until relieved
      • Fours at third: AMRAP Squats until relieved, then Bear Crawl Home for Man Makers.
      • Advance until all groups have completed all exercises.
    • Rinse and Repeat, replacing Man Makers with Burpees.
  • F3 Baseball (10 Minutes)
    • Keeping groups, each group takes a base.
      • 1st Base: 100 LBCs Per group
      • 2nd base: 100 squats per group
      • 3rd base: 100 SSH per group
      • Home plate: 100 merkins per group.
    • Groups cycle through the bases until the time is complete, gaining 1 point per cycle. Group with the most points wins the game.
  • Mosey to the tennis courts for core work
    • American Hammers x20 IC
    • Flutter Kicks x 20 IC
    • Lazy boys (for the first and probably last time)
    • 6-45-90 x 2
    • Planks: 1 minute

  • Battle of Camden BBQ Festival will still take place this weekend (5/18-5/19) at Historic Camden. Wings, Mac-and-cheese, and beer on Friday night 6:30-10:00. Boston Butts are being presold on Saturday for $30 with pickup from 10:30-1:00. Contact Hope Solo if interested.
