THE THANG:  Grab blocks and mosey to corner of rectory and fair. 4 laps around the park, lunge with the block for a 1/8 of a block then jog to next corner. Leave block at the corner and on pthe next lap pick it up for another 1/8 block. Repeat till back at starting point. Exercise at each corner. Decrease by 5 after each lap. EX. 20, 15, 10, 5
