The Thang DECK OF DEATH
The Deck of Death is a routine done with a deck of playing cards where each suit is an exercise and each card dictates the number of reps you do. Each member of the PAX was dealt 3 cards and we went around the circle three times until all cards were called.
Diamonds = KB Swings
Hearts = Burpees
Spades = Dolly Crosses
Clubs = Squat Block Jumpovers
Jokers and 2’s = 5 Makers

Announcements Pool Party was a success and we will probably have another one to say goodbye to Summer. Fellowship is one of our core values, and it is important to get together outside of the workouts and have fun with each other and our families.
