On a frosty fall morning 19 men pulled themselves from the fartsack to meet YHC’s latest challenge. Upon returning from The Bridge AO in Charleston, Cornwallis announced that we had work to do. So work we did! The theme for the day was high reps & fast pace.
After a quick disclaimer, pax moseyed over to middle of park for warmup.

The PAX made a fast mosey loop starting at Chesnut/Fair down Fair St. Left on Laurens St. to Mill St. Left on Mill back to Chesnut St. Left on Chesnut & up the hill back to Rectory Square. The Pax stopped at each corner for a total of 10 stops. Each stop consisted of 30 Merkins OYO & two core exercises (alternating between Freddy Mercuries, Flutter Kicks, LBCs & Dollys. Each 25 IC.
Upon returning to the park we still had a few minutes left for some block work

Moleskin: Higher reps & a faster pace made for a challenging workout and the challenge was accepted. Great work men! As always, it’s an honor to lead such a fine group of men.
