In order to celebrate the Clemson Tigers returning all four of the best defensive line in the country next year after Christian Wilkins’ announcement yesterday, YHC thought a themed workout would be appropriate to commemorate the occasion.
Conditions: Really cold 27ish degrees.
Tha Thang:
Partner up to complete 1st two exercises.
Merkins: Max amount in 2 Minutes. Partner counts. Flip Flop.
BB Sit-Ups: Max amount in 2 Minutes. Partner holds feet and counts. Flip Flop.
Complete 2 mile run for time.
Do various plank exercises while waiting on the 6.

Moleskin: T-Claps to all PAX for pushing the rock this morning. Splinter, RA, Garnish, Misfire and Detour killed it. Take note of Splinter’s merkin count. The grading chart doesn’t even go that high. YHC challenged the PAX to work to get better by posting at other AO’s throughout the week (especially Battle). Don’t just show up and go through the motions. Another test will be done at the end of 2018.
