YHC was a little tired from the Dam to Dam and concerned Voltron was going to be a little upset with the YHC for needing him to run the hardest leg in the Dam to Dam as a pinch runner (#TClaps Voltron). YHC was able to pull through with sore legs and work was done boys!

4 corners
1st corner – 10 Tea Plank Merkins
2nd corner – 20 jump squats
3rd corner – 30 Carolina Dry Docks
4th corner – 40 Monkey Humpers
Mosey over to block pile
Grab blocks and head to back of school (front of school)
Circuit rotation:
Split into 2 groups –
1’s – start circuit
40 – 20 Curls for Girls/20 Shoulder Press
30 – Little Boy Crunches
20 – Merkins
10 – Burpees
2’s – walk around drive through loop with brick or run 2 laps
(once all 2’s are back then switch with 1’s and 2’s will do circuit and 1’s will carry brick)
**If brick gets to heavy then modify with walking**
