Off to the top of Abacus Mtn. With the Bourbon Chase fast approaching YHC thought some hill running would be fun. This hill sucks. Down and back is approx .6 mile. It gets significantly steeper the closer you get to the top. Not Nice.
The Thang: just like Lexington’s “The Reaper”: Run down 11 Merkins at the bottom. Run up 11 Big Boys at the top. Add a rep each lap. This fun will continue until the time runs out. @joshedwards4th aka the million dollar man shows up for his second DD of the week from Twilight. Nice.
Hypothesis: most PAX got in 4 laps : 2.4 miles on the hill alone + 1.2 miles from shovel flag to summit = Approx 3.6 miles, 65 Merkins (total), and 50 Big Boys. Nice.
Back at the shovel flag after 3 PAX ditch early. Not Nice.
