Q pulled an audible to keep dry in the pouring rain.
I woke up after only a few hours of sleep to lead some die hard men that came out in the rain. Luckily for them, I hate getting wet on cold mornings, so I changed up my workout to stay under the covered walkway during the whole 45 minute workout.

There are 11 columns under the walkway so I had us do suicide runs to each column. First exercise was 10 big boy sit-ups at the beginning. Run to each column then do another 10 back at the start.
Next exercise was the murkin ladder. One at each column, two at the start, three at the next column and so on. We stopped at 12.
Next exercise, LBC Ladder. Doing all columns added up to 23 at the finish.
Lunge walk down the walkway, mosey back to the start
Hand slap murkiness x 10
