Since I am turning one year older tomorrow, I Q’d Stride to make sure I would get up and run. No matter the weather.
Luckily it didn’t rain, but it was freezing (24*). The cold has never bothered me running, so it was no big deal. I layered up, and headed out the door… Only to have Winston stare me down as I was walking out the door. I haven’t run with him in about a month and I could tell he really wanted to join me. So I let him come to his excitement. He ended up staying ahead of me the whole 6.5 miles! I was impressed.
5 other PAX showed up and we all ran a nice flat out-and-back to Target.
