YHC after nearly two years in F3 was finally able to take the Q game on the road. Graveyard was the first stop and I look forward to hitting AO’s all over the region!
The crowd was great for my first traveling q and YHC fed off of the energy! To top it off 3 FNG’s showed up and that was all I needed to make a party start!

we partnered up here and the chatter began,
Wheel barrow to cone 1- 10 merkins each oyo Run to come 2 Wheel barrow to end – 10 merkins each
Bear crawl to cone 1 ten merkins e Run to cone 2 Bear crawl to end – 10 merkins each
Broad jump burpee to cone 1 then you guessed it 10 merkins oyo
we finished the last round of this killer with inch worms to cone, then 10 merkins wall/run to. Next cone and finish the stretch with inch worms.

Moseyed back to front for YHC’s signature finish the 1 minute drill and some classic sprints
1 minute each. Merkins, Plank, flutter kicks, and lbc’s
the morning ended with 5 50 yard sprints and thank God cause I was spent! Great work to these graveyard studs! Had a blast!
