YHC learned not to  post a gif to the former Nantan or he will “Voluntold” you to Q at the Friday bootcamp.  After all, Fridays are for Basketball right??? We didn’t hit the streets of downtown Lexington, but this weinke called for us to stay near the flag for most of the workout.

With a playlist that included everything from the Jackson 5, Pearl Jam, Live, Oasis, U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Toby Mac, Third Day, Smashing Pumpkins, DJ Snake, Faith No More, and Foo Fighters there had to be at least 1 song that appealed to everyone.  I’m pretty sure DJ Snake’s Get Low was not on the top of everyones list.

Do Merkin every time you hear the word “Eye” – hold plank in between – About 40 Merkins with 3 ½ minutes of Plank

Jackson 5 – ABC’s Spelling – hold legs at 6 inches and spell alphabet

Consuming Fire – Third Day

Fire Drill  – PAX in a circle, chopping feet or high knees. Each PAX calls out “Fire” all PAX hits the ground rolls right, merkin, roll back left, another merkin, then back up chopping. Go around the circle with the “stop, drop and roll” until all PAX have called “Fire”.
