YHC was pumped for some work in the gloom and even more so as the cars kept rolling in. It was great to see some faces we haven’t seen in awhile. There was little doubt as to whether we should attack some hills and/or perform some merkins so with that in mind we pressed ahead with both. YHC appreciated the effort as hard work was done by all. Now if we can just fill up those Q spots at Rooster!!

The Thang:
Time to visit D.O.R.A. 100 merkins, 200 squats and 300 AH. Partner 1 starts exercise while Partner 2 runs halfway up parking lot and back. Flap jack. Rinse and repeat until finished.
Sprint to sidewalk at top of parking lot.
Mosey to softball field lot
Start with 5 burpees at the bottom of hill. Then run up hill to 2nd light and perform 10 merkins. Back to the bottom and perform 2 burpees. Rinse and repeat reducing the merkins by 1 each lap.
Halt time was approaching so we gathered at the bottom for 1 last sprint to the top.
