Trickle was a little under the weather for his Q this morning so YHC decided to fill-in. Not sure what I’d be doing so I decided to show up around 4:15 and check out the stadium for inspiration. After walking to the top of a cold, dark and windy stadium, I walked down feeling very uninspired and decided to warm things up with 12 laps around the track with Tiger Blood. It was at this point I received my inspiration for this mornings workout. This is how it went down. ….BTW  Trickle is feeling much better now.
