Its been 4yr now that I’ve done this thing called F3 with my brothers. Not always easy and not always fun to get up early on a weekday but every time I do I never regret it… well maybe that one time but lets not talk about it. As always we had a big crowd for SL and more rolled in for BC. 17 total PAX for the gloom.

A little different this morning. I was inspired by IronMary’s Q a year ago. This was going to be a running BC. We started at the top of Ambush Alley. Run to the first light post then turn around and run back to the start. Then run to the second and back. Then 3rd and back… and so on. Some guys wanted more so they added different exercises at each light pole. GraveDigger was KenDoll’s personal Q. After 35 minutes time was called and everyone was ringing out a shirt. But no one smelt like onions.
