Starting out from the shovel flag and head towards DFMS. Every so often the YHC needed a breather, we would stop and do work. 15 Merkins, 15 Squats, and 15 LBC. We got about 7 stops in on the way there. We mosey’d until we got to the top of the dreaded stairs and did a u-turn to start our way back. Instead of the same 3 exercises, we switched things up and did 5 burpees and 5 Big Boys. We made our way back to the flag after another 7 stops and had a few minutes left so we enjoyed 20x BBSU, 20x flutterkicks, 20x ray charles. We came in under 2.5 miles on the tour. We did work! Good job men!
