Weather was perfect to welcome our friends from The Roost to Speedtrap this morning. When I know we are going to be running through the forest at dark I try to set a good example for the pax by wearing a tight outfit; you never know when you could get loose clothing hung on a twig. No snags here.

Mosey to a dead end (new fence) and then to the bus drop. Run up hill to the STOP sign for 10 burpees and return for 10 Iron Crosses. Repeat with 8 burpees; 6; 4; 2 with 10 Iron Crosses on each return.
Mosey to the Elementary School. Embarrassingly I called on a navigator when it is actually a straight shot.
Quadraphelia Figure 8 – 4 Corners: Round of 20 Virtual Jump Ropes, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, American Hammers. Repeat with round of 15.
Head back towards CCP.
I could not get my IPHONE to pair with the boom box but we listened to light music and enjoyed pax singing along to Notorious BIG’s Hypnotize, along with Cake and Quiet Riot.
