Mosey to Block pile and get block and meet at the planters.
Each Pax was to complete 25 reps of the following exercises.
Merkins, Squats, BBS,Curls, Steps-Ups, Iron Cross, Bench Press, Lunges, Russian, Dips, Flutter Kicks, Bent Over Row, Freddy Mercury, Shoulder Press, Kettle Bell Swings, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Carolina Dry Docks, Shoulder Touches, Wall Sits
Once completed 25 reps of each, Pax would run up the stairs and around the building. Once the lap was completed, Pax would start the exercises and complete 20 reps.
